AppleCare Protection Plan and warranty check



The AppleCare Protection Plan is a warranty service for hardware and support services for the software that Apple sells to its customers. As for hardware, it may include products that use either operating system Mac OS X or iOS, with the exception of Apple TV - in other words, the products include Mac , Iphone , Ipod and Ipad . Some other, operating system independent Apple hardware can also be covered by the warranty, such as monitors and networking equipment, providing at the same time also buys and sign the warranty for a Mac. The software that can be covered by the AppleCare Protection Plan is Mac OS X, iLife and iWork .




AppleCare is a service plan to support the customer 's product Apple Inc. , providing customers with 90 days of free telephone support and one year of warranty coverage for hardware . Both can be extended to two years for iPods , iPads and iPhones to three years to Macs via the "AppleCare Protection Plan", which is purchased separately or with new Apple products.
