Apple award for its eco-friendly facilities

Apple is undoubtedly a model in view of its activity for less successful, but it should also be for its environmental initiatives. The computer giant has just been awarded by the Agency for the Protection of the Environment of the United States , as well as Greenpeace , for its use of renewable energy in the center of North Carolina.
Instead of resting on the little green plants Duke Energy, one of the leading electricity suppliers in the United States and especially in this region, Apple chose to install a field of solar panels to power his farm Server hosting multimedia content for its users. He hopes also power all its data centers with green energy in the future.
The EPA notes that his company has already changed the energy landscape of the region, thanks to the efforts of Google or Facebook. Including Duke Energy announced a new program to provide cleaner energy.
