Apple gets the right to use the name iPhone in Brazil

After a long process and a motion for appeal, Apple now has the right to use the iPhone brand in Brazil.

Until then Apple was unable to use the iPhone brand its smartphones on Brazilian soil.Brazilian judge Eduardo de Brito Fernandes has now changed that by deciding on appeal that IGB Electronica should now share this brand.
