Technology: Less than a week after the discovery of a flaw to bypass the lock screen of iOS 7, Apple has released a fix immediately.
Late last week, Apple confirmed the presence of a bug in iOS 7 that allowed bypass the lock screen and access to various user data (Twitter, Facebook, email, ...). This was done at the cost of handling actually quite complex.
But Apple did not want to leave things as they are and released from a patch yesterday that iOS 7.0.2 fixes the problem. I must say that the bug can be exploited on the iPhone 4S, 5, and 5c 5s, and finally on the latest iPad model. But the firm at the apple has not finished with the bugs on the screen lock iOS7.
Earlier this week, we learned that a contractor Palestinian had discovered a way to initiate phone calls to any number from the lock screen of an iPhone on iOS7. Apple has not officially confirmed this bug but reportedly told his "discoverer" he would propose a fix. To be continued ... (Eureka Press)
