Europe is Apple trying to impose a universal mobile charger

The European Parliament wants to impose a universal charger connecting on all mobiles. With its special connector, Apple is in the crosshairs.

This measure, passed unanimously by the 35 members who compose it, has been incorporated into a bill on radio equipment.
If this measure were adopted, it would force manufacturers to market mobile in Europe, compatible with a universal charger, not related to the brand of smartphone ..MEPs want a universal power charger for all mobile phones.

Indeed, it is almost the only manufacturer that does not have an integrated mini-USB plug on mobile (iPhone and iPad). He even introduced a new proprietary connector with the iPhone 5, there is one year.
The California manufacturer has circumvented the problem by proposing a cable with a USB plug on its charger. He argues that as respects a universal connector. A somewhat specious argument. If this bill was introduced in Europe, Apple could not continue to make the resistance ...
