iWork ferociously tackled by Microsoft

iWork ferociously tackled by Microsoft

iWork is now free. The office suite can be downloaded free of charge by the purchasers of a new Mac, iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch. Immediately after this announcement, Microsoft wanted to show the world why the tablet surfaceand MS Office are a couple much higher.
Microsoft has indeed responded to the news by the voice of Frank Shaw, vice president of communications for the company. No need to fear for his group he said in a post on the Microsoft blog, and no surprise after Apple's announcement. This initiative is in his Apple a simple attempt to get back to level against the omnipotence of MS Office, includingtablet :
"Tablets Surface and Surface 2 are much cheaper than the iPad 2 and Air, and they support Office, the most popular, powerful and productive free software world. "
A lesson in "bashing" on both the quality and iWork Apple's pricing strategy.
Frank Shaw then engages in the summary of the benefits of Microsoft products, described as accessible, powerful and ergonomic:
"The good news is that Microsoft understands better than anyone in the world what people need to work in the best conditions. "
The area is also presented as the most productive and market practice, unlike other tablets (particularly, the iPads) that are pale copies unusable in a real work environment, they "lack precision when entering and do not provide office capable of handling multiple tasks. "
Apple's decision to make its free iWork tool (considered unpopular by Microsoft) would not be a great or good news for tablet users in particular. Microsoft is intended for people who want to end "a simple, single tool, cheap offering the flexibility and power needed to support use in both personal and professional." Heard in the area.
Frank Shaw ends his post with a smiley, ultimate proof that Microsoft, it is definitely nice, open and full of bonhomie. No?
