Three shareholders demand the departure of Bill Gates

This is still in the rumor, but it seems that three major shareholders of Microsoft put pressure on the rest of the board for Bill Gates resigned from his position as president .
According to them, the influence of the legendary co-founder is too strong in decision making. Moreover, according to Reuters, the three shareholders together hold 5% stake in the company and complain about the ability of Bill Gates to block all new ideas and strategies for the next CEO of Microsoft. Because, as we learned there is little, the current CEO, Steve Ballmer , will leave his post before a new year unfolds, and will be replaced.
However, nothing portends the outcome of this pressure, as Bill Gates now devotes more to the foundation he created with his wife, at Microsoft where he would pass one or two days per month. In addition, it sells for about $ 80 million of its shares each year, which will give him no more weight in the Board of Directors in 2018.
