New iPad Mini: a Retina display, but not Touch ID?

Technology: Retina Retina or not? According to the WSJ, there will be many of the Retina display for the iPad Mini. Problem, the newspaper did not specify whether it will be this year. Touch the ID sensor it would in any case not intended and reserved for the iPad 5.
